Pocket CoBRA provides critical resources and capabilities needed during any emergency response conveniently located on a lightweight and portable handheld/PDA device. This software includes many of the features and capabilities contained in CoBRA 4.0. The tools, databases, checklists, and incident reporting capabilities embedded in the CoBRA® system facilitate the coordination of response to WMD or other major incidents by any responder including fire, HAZMAT, medical, law enforcement, transportation, facility management, and security personnel.
Pocket CoBRA functions on handheld/PDA devices running on Microsoft® Windows® Mobile 2003 Software for Pocket PC running on certain processors. The software supports the full spectrum of response including planning, training, exercising, response, and recovery.

| Incident Reporting Capabilities |
Records all user actions, including miscellaneous entries, in a current status log with a time and date stamp. Pocket CoBRA® conveniently wraps this log into a CoBRA® incident report that can be exported and sent to disseminate critical information in all directions during an incident. |
